Can an Indian student study MBBS in USA after completing 12th standard here?

There is no Undergraduate Medical College in USA. You must complete your BS degree and then take a test known as Medical College Admission Test (MCAT). Can a MBBS degree holder from India seek admission for higher studies (MD) in USA?
